Telephone/bluetooth manual

Hi,

Does anyone have the telephone/bluetooth manual which they could post up on the net for me?

As I have the bluetooth phone prep etc but no manual to show me how it all works. I have worked most of it out but still keep calling the wrong person at certain times lol
