Tailpipe trims

I've seen the tailpipe trims in the BM catalog for my 3L coupe, and wondering if anyone had these and if they look the business or wether they just look like a barry boy with a clip on exhaust!??

I fitted them to my 2.5Si recently, but they are the same as the 3Si and look better than the pic to be fair

I raised the rear of the car by putting it on floor stands, lowered the silencer/muffler from the brackets and then went to work by wet sanding the tips. I used 400/800/1000/2000 grit and got these stainless steel tips looking real good.

How long fitting time are we talking?

10-15 minutes. You need a rubber mallet and some liquid soap. Oh, and the extensions, natch.

Sounds like you have personal experience in this "extension' matter.
