Sytner Sunningdale - Excellent

Thought I should report excellent service from Sytner Sunningdale.

I used them last week for an Inspection 1 and brake fluid change on my M Coupe. They priced competitively (for a main dealer), gave me regular update calls when my car was with them, gave me a courtesy car to use, and gave me a valve clearance report (which I requested).

Overall, I was very impressed and would definitely return!

They were great with advice on the phone when I first got #69 and had no idea about service schedules etc.(Just before I signed up here) Her previous owner had nothing but good words for them and she came with a stack of Sytner Sunningdale invoices.
 
Good to hear. Sytners at Solihull not so good. As part of the purchase of my 3.0si they agreed to refurb the 108's. They didn't seem to grasp the concept of refurbing them. They just cleaned them up. I took it back and then just resprayed the inner part of the rim. pretty poor really. I will get them done properly after the winter has passed. :x
 
When I got my Zed in August the owners at the time said that although Barons (Farnborough) was literally a 1min 30 drive from their house. they used Sytner in Sunningdale for MOT's and servicing because of how good they are.

I think they even purchased the car from there when the first owner traded it in. Will definitely make a point of speaking to them when the inspection 1 is due. Nice to see good reports and decent customer service for a change.
 
I have the COMPLETE opposite opinion!

I used them for servicing my company cars for the past 4 yrs, but after frrankly disgraceful treatment now travel the extra distance to Ridgeway in Hook. They were a complete and utter revelation. I even went to the effort of emailing the MD to pass on my praise, and I've never gone to that effort before...
