Just a quick one to let people know of the great service I received at Sytner Birmingham. I got my car from the used section obviously, but it was a very impressive set up with some stunning cars. I travelled from Gatwick to Brimingham to get the car, and the salesman very kindly picked me up from the train station without me even dropping a hint. Before buying the car, we went on a great test drive, experiencing all the variables lasting around 45 mins. The salesman was extremely helpful all the way through the transaction and even chucked in a brand new gearknob as I moaned about a scratch on the old one! He also managed to sort the car on a tight time scale as I needed the car for work. People have said that I am paying a premium buying from a main dealer and should expect the service but I think I got it at a great price.
