Suspension Z4MC compatable with Z4C 3.0Si??

Hi Guys,

Anyone know if the standard suspension from a Z4MC will fit a Z4C 3.0si?

I understand that if it does fit ride will be harder.

Also the ride height might drop, anyone know by how much?
