I once saw a comparison movieclip with the 'smoothness' difference in camber+caster adjustability between vorshlag and ground control ones (you loosen the bolts and move the shock around), but I cant find that clip anymore (dont know if it was on YT or elsewhere). One was better than the other (in that clip, I dont know how fake that was). Does anyone know what clip I mean?
Do the KW ones still have stud holes around so you can refit the studs in another position to adjust caster+camber?

That flew over my head!? Sorry lol. One thing, I assume I can use my stock mounts with the V3s if I choose to for now? I get why I need top mounts but its 500+ to do it properly for a few degrees or neg, not sure that is worth it at my current skill level.
BTW What is a SB?

more than fine with stock mounts and if you want cheap camber buy the turner e36 shim kitworks perfectly fine with the oem setup and will net you a decent -1.75
you don't NEED top mounts and with the stock top mounts you don't need the reinforcement plates as they exert the load equally through the suspension turret, the ones above are alot smaller and put the old in the centre of the turret.

Do you know if the turner e36 shim kit would work with the KW V3 supplied top mounts? I the tuner shims are designed for the ZM stock setup but would be good if they did fit as a cheap option as you say.

yup they do fit... i have them on my car as we speak.... the shimming is done on the large bolts to the hub.... not up the top, our suspension is e36 m3 based... its 15 quid and will net you more than enough neg camber for your usage.

so am i?? lol. I've used these of years successfully, roy is talking poop and probably wants to sell you a 450 quid camber plate.

these are really nice, still use them to this very day so i can get more camber using LESS of the camber plate, as using the camber plate the bolts become covered once yo try to slight deeper into Neg camber so they strut needs to be dropped to to adjust due to the small opening in the suspension top turret.
