there is also nano tracking devices (invisible to the naked eye) that can be sprayed onto someone's clothes allowing them to be picked up on satellite. saw a video of the concept last year which worked in a controlled environment. we can pretty much guarantee the US army is a good 5/10 years ahead of public knowledge with crap like this
 
its a great concept but i think when you fit the AA batteries it kind of all goes wrong
