North West Surrey
Well it doesn't seem long since we tagged along to the monthly classic car/bike meet at the Black Swan in Ockham on 8 December but they are putting on an extra one between Xmas and the New Year, and this is it!
Full details are The Black Swan, Old Lane, Ockham, Surrey. KT11 1NG. Phone: 01932 862364. (Old Lane is a turning off the slip-road onto the Southbound A3 just after J10 of the M25).
Last month we met up at Ockham Bites at the beginning of Old Lane for a coffee, bacon butty, etc. at 08.00 so we could get to the Black Swan around 08.30 to get some decent parking and avoid the long catering queues, which worked pretty well! So if anyone fancies an early drive out I'll aim to be at Ockham Bites at 08.00 - subject to the weather because it is an outdoor venue! But I may well be in my 3 Series, so I'll park somewhere else. :roll:
If you want to turn up a bit later then just go straight to the Black Swan. It officially opens at 08.30 for tea, coffee, bacon rolls, etc. but people often arrive any time up to 10.00.
