Surrey/Berks/Hants meet - Sunday 10 February

We're heading towards the end of January so it seems like a good time to mention the regular general car/bike meet at the Black Swan in Ockham that takes place each month as the next one will be on Sunday 10 February. Although it was dry last month I think there were only 4 Z4s there, but there was a good variety of other cars - I mean when did you last see a mint Gordon Keeble? (Wish I had taken a photo). :roll:

Anyway full details are The Black Swan, Old Lane, Ockham, Surrey. KT11 1NG. Phone: 01932 862364. (Old Lane is a turning off the slip-road onto the Southbound A3 just after J10 of the M25).

They open at 08.30 for breakfast, bacon rolls, tea and coffee so any time after that will be fine.

I plan to get there around 9 - assuming the weather is OK. I'll look closer at the weather forecast nearer the time!
 
Hi, will there be a monthly meet?

Not sure I can do the March meet I’d there is one as the weekends of March will be spent referbing my 108’s, although would be great to join up in April......

Saying that I did a grea5 drive out this weekend, Weybridge to Gadalming to Hindhead the Devils Punch Bowel, onto Petworth, Tangmere, too late for the aviation museum :x then onto Arundel, followed with a pint in Wisborough Green and the three crowns..... great roads,
 
I'm hoping it will be ongoing each month.

I think it works better than having a Z4 only meet - when we did that sometimes we'd get 10 or more, but at least once there were just 2 which didn't make for much of a meet.

But if anybody has any ideas please let me know.

If the weather is good I hope to go along to the car meet at White Lion Antiques in Hartley Witney next Sunday (24 Feb) - in fact I'll start a thread for it. :thumbsup:
