style 397 on a z4

Hi all
I got a great offer on a set of 18 x8 wheels style 397 et 34. If they will fit I will go for 225/40-18 tyres.
Now I have the 201 with et 46 Thats 12 mm differ.
My car is a 2.5 roadster 2007 with M sport suspension. Will there be problems to fit the 397 wheels et 34 on my car?
 
I haven't bought them yet....I tried to measure the existing wheels and out to the edge of the fender...It looks tight. But I don't know.
Is there anyone here who has or has had 18 "J8 et 34 of their Z4?

These are on my last Z4 E85 / 18inch 8j front 9j rears et 32 front 35 rears , fit a treat on standard suspension :thumbsup:
