So I think it has sadly come that I must part with my Z4 or Zara as she is known, we are saving for a house and selling the car will free up a hefty amount of money and the fact I do not drive the car enough, maybe a few times a month so I feel it's time to part.

(Please note no items are for sale, it's to show how much I've spent on the car)

Since I have owned it (Feb 2014) I have spent a significant amount of money on the car (as per the prices indicated). The paintwork as you'd expect is in excellent condition as the interior. The roof motor was replacement when I bought the car and drain holes have been regularly cleaned. What ever the car has needed I paid for, it really is a stunning car and stands out from the crowd.

I have also recently fitted angel eyes to the original headlights bringing the car up to newer BMW spec.

MOT Feb 2017
Service - 6000miles
Service history
Private plate RH54ART not included.

If you have previous BMW history up to 2012 and you got it start of 2014 and have the history after that..... With the service schedule being every 2 years then I'd think most people would class that as full service history. Certainly wouldn't say it's a negative about the car

My thought to, depending on mileage between that period.

I've put it as a negative as I am yet to get the service book stamped, didn't want to state I had FSH before I've got the book stamped in case the car sells quickly.

Absolutely stunning example, it must be said.

I have seen this beauty up close and it really is very well cared for and detailed to a high standard.

It really does look and sound the business and would do anyone proud i'm sure!

History - now this is slightly the negative point....I bought it without any history however I have contacted the BMW customer help line who have informed me that the car was serviced and maintained by the same BMW garage from 2006-2012 then a blank window until I bought it. Before I sell the car I will get the BMW dealer in Glasgow to stamp and send any history they have on the car. Since I have owned it (Feb 2014) I have spent a significant amount of money on the car. Under warranty BMW replaced 3 wings due to a small amount of rust forming and due to a tiny incident involving a dented wing I got BMW to respray the car minus the front bumper at a cost of £1500. The paintwork as you'd expect is in excellent condition as the interior. The roof motor was replacement when I bought the car and drain holes have been regularly cleaned. What ever the car has needed I paid for, it really is a stunning car and stands out from the crowd.

Reduced the price to £6100.

This car may not be the most powerful however it has been extremely well looked after since I've owned it (feb 2015). Apart from the usual stone chipped bumper the bodywork is near mint and is a real head turner.

I rang the BMW helpline number and the car went to the same BMW dealership 7 times around the same time each year so in the process of getting them to send me all their info on the car.

Yeah it's on autotrader and will be posting an advert of pistonheads next week as well.

Id skip the PH ad & go £15 classified advert on ebay ,
I would also drop all mention of the bodywork carried out :? not because its a negative as such more because it alarms potential buyers ?
Its a 10yr old / £6k used car so I would simply offer the cars features , history + pics in advert without the added blurb

I did wonder about Ebay, I take eBay is now the better way to sell cars? How does the 10% work on eBay?

Fair point, the AT advert is more a typical advert.

Go ebay classified advert at £15 for 30 days & that's the total you pay sale or no sale , , you will get knobs & you will get silly offers of px with a Fiat Multipla or Citroen Berlingo but ignore them :P
