Stuck in sport mode

Hi! I am new to this forum. Today when I tried to back my 03 out of the garage the electric power steering warning light came on along with the sport mode led indicator. The steering is very stiff at low speeds and I cannot get the car out of sport mode. Any suggestions/ideas?
 
I imagine the sport mode issue is a side effect of the power steering being broken. I would get that looked at first. If you check the fuses and nothing is wrong there then I would suspect it is not something you could service yourself (although I am constantly surprised by what some people manage to do!)
 
I am sure there are people that would want the sport mode on by default....

Does sound linked to your steering problem though :(
 
Welcome to the Forum! No idea on your problem, but I would think that a visit to the dealer may be required. :(
