This is the link to the part you need item, item No 2

it maybe worth giving your local dealer a ring just to check the price as it maybe worth paying a bit extra knowing you've got the right part

This is what I am scared of..I have Bing's stubby that was then passed to Inkey$ now to me and I can't seem to unscrew my whip off to change so just left it for now because knowing me I will break something.

it wouldnt turn at all, used a screwdriver to prize the rubber up and sprayed some WD40 in, the whip started to turn but then spin back (just the rubber turning) so i kept trying, in the end it just snapped and i ended up with the whip and the bolt in my hand, no thread left to screw the stubby on :(

When I did mine I thought it was going to be tight, took the WD40 out, pliers etc before I even tried it. Got out there tried it and it just screwed right off in about 10secs!

Underneath the rubber on the whip is a bolt you can use to unscrew it...just pull uo the rubber from around the base od the whip until you see the bolt head

Happened to me too. The base is about 10GBP from the stealers. Torx on the underside to get it off.

I turned the bolt. That what snapped off. Left the thread inside.

Got a new base from stealers. £10.66 all in:)

(And £4 for a torx set from tesco)
