Stubbies on flea bay

Anyone got a link to any DECENT recomended stubbies on fleabay?

Great, just had a look. What size looks best? Does it effect the reception?

3" seems to be the popular option and it doesn't seem to affect reception - unless you use AM/MW/LW frequently as that's what it's for.

The 3" rubber one matches the base perfectly.

I ordered mine from Ebay, only took about a week to come from the states. 3in looks massive improvement of original fitment

Thanks, although I wish it looked more like that colour for more of the time, rather than just for the first 5 minutes after washing it.

The majority of UK popular radio is on FM rather than AM (which has a few crackly, wavering stations so very few of us listen to it), hence it's not such a problem

take a read of this thread Radio Reception especially cj10jeepers posts about the fact the some cars do use the external aerial for FM...

mine certainly gets a little jumpy in some areas while listening to Radio 1 but not enough for it to be a problem for me...

Thanks for posting that gannet - I hadn't got the heart or time to search that one out, again
Frankly for such a cheap mod people shoudl fit it and if it affects their listening based on channel, location and audio system then chuck it and revert to the OEM eye poker
