Unfortunately I don't have a garage to put my Z4 in so it has to stop out on the drive all year round, but I do cover it with a storm Force cover!! they're not cheap but they are supposed to be very good
Now I don't know if anyone else has had this problem but mine is disintegrating it's absolutely rubbish!! whenever I take it off the car the car is covered in bits and dust from the material I literally have to hoover the roof to get all the bits off

Has anyone else had this problem with storm Force covers
 
Yep mine does now after a year and half or so, seems they don't last that long. :(
 
I got mine 2nd hand and have been using it for over a year now, I don't get anything like that. The only thing with my cover is the seam where the straps connect to has split a bit.
It may be worth contacting them to see what they think ??
