Still having pro hifi problems

My 10 speaker pro hifi system seems to have almost given up completely :-(

It works for about 2 seconds when you turn the car on then cuts out, the dsp is then not selectable.
The only times it comes back is when the engine is turned off or when the revs dip low (ie moving in slow traffic) but even then cuts out after a few seconds again

It was doing it a bit over the summer then was fine for about a month but now is worse than ever and find myself in silence on ever journey, now that's ok when going for a hoon but I've got a 4 hour drive to make soon on my own and really want some kind of music of the drive.

The amp is located in the battery tray on Pre facelift models. Check this hasn't filled ith water which is a known problem.

+1, this is what happened to mine and it died a slow death exactly the way your describing yours.

I've had the amp out a few time to check and can't see any signs of water damage, have checked for dry joints and re-soldered parts as well

If there is anyone that would be willing to let me try there amp to test that would be amazing
