On my way to the lakes 3+ weeks ago on the M61 at quite a rate, and on a side lay-by behind a lorry was a mobile camera van. I do this trip every month at least and this is the first time I've ever seen a camera van.
They only had 14 days to inform me of prosecution because I'm the private registered keeper/owner of my car, if it had been a lease /company car they have quite a bit longer to trace the individual through the lease/company
