Right update, got no idea if its what ive done but here goes.
I got the car out started it up and went full lock to lock 4 times then centred i then sprayed on the u joints on the steering shaft some silicone spray and redid the lock lock, resprayed and too it for a drive. I was unbelievably surprised that the steering was almost normal.
So my thinking is that the small gear in the eps motor gets grease redistributed evenly and the uv joints were tight…
Any thoughts?
