Stereo advice

I wonder how everybody plays their music through their stereos?
I used to play all of my sounds through a cable from my ipod (probably old fashioned now) and I dont think I can do this with the standard bmw stereo? I dont want to spend a fortune but would prefer other methods than just cds.

Remove air vents above radio 2 tabs that push in remove stereo 2 screws,unclip wiring loom connect new adapter,refit radio and vents.
All wiring fits behind stereo exept mic wire that can be fed down through dash and placed where you please.
Works well just put stereo to aux mode and turn blooth on phone.
Very simple to operate and fit,plenty of you tube vids.

If you have an aux input already, save yourself a job and get a aux-lightning cable. If you don’t have an aux input already, then it’s worth fitting one of those gadgets mentioned above.

No aux socket im afraid so Ive just took the plunge and ordered the wiring module kit.
