Steering wheel refurbishment for those on the continent

I rather liked the M-Sport steering wheel of the mrs's X1. Much thicker, softer and grippier than the one in my Z4.
Decided to have my steering wheel refurbished by https://meinlenkrad.de/

I am really pleased with the result. Should have done it years ago. Not the cheapest around but top class quality. Highly recommended

How long between posting out and receiving it back ? Did you get a spare wheel in the meantime ?

I wish the flat-bottom mod was a proper bending of the wheel to shorten the diameter.

It was on an exchange basis. About 2 weeks between ordering and landing on my doorstep.
The outer diameter has not increased. The thickness was gained by decreasing the inner diameter.

You’re the epoxy master! That’s the way to crack fix those original wheels for sure. I always like original steering wheels over jazzed up modern blingy stuff! Nice!
