Steering wheel dials last number when adjusting radio volume. p

Hi all, has anyone had this problem with their steering wheel controls. On occations when I press the + sign to increase the radio volume the car dials the last numbr I called on the phone. Its more than a little inconvenient to say the least. Any help would be appreciated. Cheers
