Steering wheel change

Is it possible to swap a standard wheel for a multifunction wheel. I have a business head unit which I can use Bluetooth for the phone but a car I've seen as a new purchase doesn't have a multifunction wheel.

Is the wiring etc pre wired and it's possible to plug and play or not. Hope this makes sense. Cheers
