steering rack

Hi All, well have noticed some noise from the steering when manovering in and out of the garage, parking etc... been going to call the Dealer for ages.. finally got round to it this week, they had it for 3 hrs this morning..
New steering rack needed, and also mentioned the release bearing on the clutch is noisy... so all booked in for the end of the month... worth the call and warranty covering it of course...

it's coming up to it's 3 years in Sept.. so happy to get as much done as possible.... anything else to keep an eye on for a 2.3idrive E89 ?

Just the usual, have a look through the various posts on here. Rear lights with water in etc. Ask them if all the 'quality improvements' have been actioned. I had the lower steering column replaced as it made a slight knocking noise lock to lock. Not sure why the whole rack would be required.
