After a through inspection of linkages etc, try a power steering system flush as the next step.

There isn’t a solution. It’s engineered in to make the car less twitchy at motorway speeds.

It’s been a common idiosyncrasy for many, many years.

I thought so... Was just crossing my fingers hoping someone would say "put this £3 thingy in and it will feel better"
