Steel braided brake hoses

The time based brake fluid is coming up soon and wanted opinions on the worth of changing to braided hoses whilst they were doing the fluid. Any comments or experiences?

I have a friend who thinks it's worth doing. Reduces expansion of the brake lines under pressure making the peddle less spongy and more direct, apparently.

great mod.... i love mine, albeit i cant really tell how much difference was made by them or my APs, but my brake pedal is solid even after big speed hauls.

Have Goodridge brake lines on mine. Not much difference for daily driving but a noticeable improvement on very fast road or track driving. Worth it. :)

I cant tell any difference, but the concensus is that it should be done. Change pads though.

Ok for track, but unnecessary for road use! I don't like them on anything other than a race car/track car.

I did the three: Pagid pads, Goodridge brake hoses and racing brake fluid. Not much difference during normal driving, but awesome when using the stoppers at 0,8G+ at regular intervals.
