A similar thing happened a year or so ago at BMW Sytner in Leicester.

I note they said that they didn't have any legal responsibility to repay the fellas cash??

I'm sure they are right about that, legally, but not morally!

As I recall at the time they didn't cough up readily until a petition was launched and they started to get some bad publicity in the local press.
