Having had DSP on mine, I wouldn't buy a car without it. Then again I am quite into my music and think it sounds great compared to the other options.

My must haves were DSP, Heated seats and Nav (the latter only because it affects the value so much). Most buyers will have a list of must haves, wether its specific colours or PDC or whatever. Most will want DSP and Nav.

I am lazy, and can't be bothered to carry around a TomTom, so something fixed into to the car which will not get stolen is good. Also I want as many toys as possible. I think M cars must have folding mirrors also, they look so 8) the way they fold facing upwards. ( I remember seeing a black E46 coupe parked up with 19"'s and folded mirrors, when the car was still the latest M3 shape, It looked sensational and is now part of the look (to me) of an M car... Net/ net, I think because it is a niche car, the higher the spec and utility built in,.. the more desirable it will be to buy and use and hence gives the ease of resale for the next owner that dreams of getting into one of these M cars.

IMO the lesser Hi-Fi option sounds better (more natural) then the artificial DSP system…

Also one advantage of the lighter manual seats is that the seats go lower, because there are no motors and stuff under the seats. Very handy if you are taler guy when driving with the roof down or wearing a helmet in the car….

The build-in NAV is old school, but it still works pretty good and you always have a quick GPS fix. I hate messing around with a GPS like TomTom, Garmin. I hate the extra cables and it looks like crap on you window. With a build in Sat Nav you also don't have to worry about thieves.
