Newb here but I have been lurking and utilized a ton of information from the forum. You information has helped fix issues from top hydraulics to oil leaks and finding and installing all the required software for diagnosis from INPA to ISTA/p. (still learning that one)

I have one last issue that I have not been able to overcome regarding the replacement of the SRS SIM main control module. With many hours working with the various diagnosing and programming software being unsuccessful I finally sent the module to a repair facility but received word that it was in fact unrepairable.
My part number is: 65.77-6935919 and I have been unable to discern from posts and websites if later modules can be used on the early 2003 Z4s. After weeks of searching I have been unable to find a unit that matches my part number though have found many that seem to correspond to 2004-2006 z4s.
Any assistance or advice for the newb would be appreciated
