Does anyone recognise this noise? Is it the motor or the steering rack?

Occurs generally when car is cold, (ive never noticed it when warm or during general driving) and when im manoeuvring usually into a parking space or turning into sharpish junction
Ive seen some posts suggesting greasing the steering rack at the inboard side of the tie-rods, but that seems to be associated with a groan/vibrations like here

Apologies for the boring view
- was easier to put phone in holder than trying to park and hold phone (dusty vent slats are a better view than my mug)
