Have been sprucing up the 2.5's replacement 2..0l I acquired last weekend, good clean of the interior to begin things and found the Cig Lighter was mangled and not functioning. Sourced a replacement from Umfann. Good clean of the outside commenced Snowfoamed followed by Rinse Aid. Attention then turned to all the scratches over the car, black cars show these up very well. Used Porboys medium cutting compound and foam pads on the affected panels followed by Porboys Black Hole Polish and a good buffing with my polisher. Marked improvement now will repeat the process going forward and try and reduce some of the remaining micro scratches that remain. Will be fitting a USB/Voltmeter gauge in the Dash and touch up the seats where they need some attention with some Scuffmaster Colourant. Also going to do an Engine Oil and Filter change, probably Gearbox and Diff shortly after. Planning on checking all the brakes and giving them all a clean and paint the Calipers, has to be red with a black car.
