Spotify streaming

Is there a way of being able to stream music from likes of spotify through a E85 Z4? Iv heard of devices which can be purchased and installed (Grom something? )

Any BT adaptor to your phone with the app , but this will loose your cd changer but steering wheel controls should work, or aux input to your phone headphone Jack no steering wheel control but keeps your CD changer , some have found aux input much quieter than other sources
