I am about to put my cars through its 2nd MOT in my ownership. Ive had it 2 years, covered 40,000 miles and shes treated me very well, until my roof motor and wiper motor broke.
Ive saved up 2K for pre summer modifications, unfortunatly a big chunk of that will now be spent on motors (and of course petrol
)
ive been to see my friend today who owns a garage to get it priced up and see how cheap we can get it sorted for,
but i thought id check my list with the forum first incase you can direct me in a cheaper direction anywhere
items its needs: (£10ph labour)
roof motor £400 fitted
wiper motor £120 fitted
door cable £60 fitted
angel eye headlights 'to de-ginge' £330 fitted (does not include bulbs, would like advice on best bulbs for money please)
private plate £150
front end respray including blackout out kidneys, grill, calipers and alloys and bumper plastic £400
spacers for the wheels (info needed on how wide i can go with 18"35mmdrop)
this leaves me with about £200 - £300 to put towards enhancing the sound of my ehaust,
im stuggling to find the best option as have search many forums, but people only seem to upload walkthroughs on expensive aftermarket options
whats the cheapest way to get a bit more 'HMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM' when im crusing along and then more 'roooooOOOOAARRRRRRRRRRR!!' when i put my foot down
