Hi, looking in the book and also on the online configuration tool it's not very clear!

Both these questions relate to the non M-Sport version

1) When selecting the Fine-wood trim Fineline anthracite from satin silver, it looks like the part of the dash directly above the glovebox adds leather! Is that the case?

2) When selecting the Sport automatic transmission it also adds the Sport leather steering wheel w/gearshift paddles, is that a thicker steering wheel than the standard one you get with a manual?

Re the steering wheel, no it's the same thickness.....the thickness only changes between M Sport and non M Sport....

I think you'll find that it changes the colour of the plastic on the dash. I don't believe it would add leather without adding the extended leather but it looks like it might do.

That's what I thought, but it does look like leather in the config tool!!!

I'm pretty sure the leather (or pleather, lol) on the front of the dash isn't part of the extended leather pack, but merely part of any wood or trim pack that isn't the full width aluminium panel. The extended leather is on top of the dash, the iDrive screen/sunglasses cubby hole lid, the cowl for the dials, and the top of the door trims.

I've seen many cars with the leather on the front but not the top.
