Just a quick question, should there be speakers in the doors behind the grills or are they there only in certain speaker packages from new ????

I have a speaker in the foot well, tweeter in the doors and speaker behind the seats, thats 6 speakers, head unit is a business unit.

Yep thats the basic 6 system,

The other two options both 10 speakers in total, over the 6 speaker system you get a pair of door mid's (the ones you noticed that are missing) and a pair of subs behind the seats and an amplifier in the boot.

Many have added extra/new speakers to the door on the standard 6 speaker system.

Not sure, i think you need to take a feed from tweeters or footwell speakers from memory. I haven't done the upgrade though so i could be wrong. :)
