Speaker error codes

I have just got ProTool and I am pleased to say that the only errors showing are:

C540: speaker outplut leads, front left: open circuit
C544: speaker outplut leads, front right: open circuit
C548: speaker output lines, rear left: line disconnection
C54C: speaker output leads, rear right: open circuit

I have S609A Navigation system professional and S654A DAB tuner.

Are these codes simply because I don't have four non-existent speakers connected?

Either the speakers were changed or they don't exist, or someone put an amp in their way...that's the ususal reasons for these codes..

I have got exactly the same codes on mine. Clear them. Next time straight back. All four of mine say 'open circuit' but same codes, same speakers.
I just ignore them now.
Sometimes ignorance is bliss when it comes to cars and codes.
