Hi Mates

I was wondering what is the difference between those spark plugs from NGK.
1. Number 3199 (standard).
2. Number 6343 (so called V-Line).

They both cost the same, both fits BMW Z4 with M54B30. The problem is, that 3199 are not availible at my supplier, so I am thinking about 6343.

Anyone know the difference?

I recommend ngk cooper spark plugs, engine will run much smoother, they last 5-6k miles, but only cost £1.50each

Because they are made from cooper which burns quicker if you drive your car properly, I use to replace them whit every oil change (3-4kmiles) on my previous car. It never missed a beat and was making good power and torque figures.

According to their web site, 3199 is for M54 engines only and 6343 is for N52 only. I don't know if they are interchangeable, it does not appear so. Perhaps try a different brand if 3199 is not available?
