Space Saver Spare - Jacking Point?

Most of these cars running on 19" alloys have a staggered setup, so what happens if you have a flat at the front
You choose a wheel that supports a tyre / rim halfway between the front and rear…much much better than a space saver and close enough to allow continued process for as long as you need it!..simples..

E46 3 Series didn't have run-flats so they got a space-saver. Sport models typically ran 18" staggered wheels like MV2s but all you got was a 16" space-saver - or a 17 if you had a 330 to clear the front brakes.

I found a single front 224 wheel for sale and carry that in the boot, so luggage needs to be squashy! But on one of B21s Scottish trips last year at times I was over 600 miles from home and didn't want the trip ruined by trying to source a tyre in the Highlands. Worse still if I got a damaged rim it would be RAC recovery in relays that would literally take days.

So for me a full size spare is a no brainer - a space-saver only works for 200 miles tops in any case.
