Hi Guys

Just had a quick look but cannot find a relevant topic. Was driving back after a very long drive that included stop start traffic on the M4 for 30-40 mins last night. Just before I got home I pulled in quickly to make a call , and just as I stop and turn the engine off , I heard what sounded like a "bubbling" sound form the front. It only lasted 3/4 sec's then stopped.

I made the call carried on to home another 6/7 miles and stopped at home nothing happened this time or after I tested it again last night holding rev, wacking the climate control to try and get it as hot as possible nothing…..

Car was serviced in Dec , and when I got home all the fluids look fine nice blue in the rad and nice colour oil. The Temp gauage did not move at all during this incident, car drove fine , climate control not affected etc... if am honest am not deeply worried but still need to investigate...

Another thing to ad is after I was Hooning (100+ ) it to London meet , jonny mentioned as I pulled it something sounded odd, time I got to the front of the car it had gone? So its happened twice.....

Could there be air in the system from the service when the fluid was topped up? or to much fluid ...... signs of a rubbish Rad ..... suggestions welcome guys

That's the same as mine just gone for a drive into town and it done it again very quite but could here it anyone got any suggestions?!!??
 
It's just a zed's mine done it for the last three years. no worries they just like to talk to you. :thumbsup: :driving:
 
Well I think the front of the car, if it looks like the fan making a right old din sounds like it catching on something or a bearing has gone in side , which is good news I guess I know what it is , anyone got experiences with the fans big job?

I guess remove bumper , rad , remove , replace fan put back together... not a big one then

Edit Check out replacment part ordered problem sorted :)
