Along the "not as advertised" line, I used to manage an engineering support centre. One of the girls had a voice that could melt the maddest customer, but she was built along the larger lines. Absolutely lovely but you'd be hard pushed to hug her. One of our field engineers fell in love with her voice and egged on by us, arranged a blind date. The look on his face when they met was priceless! To be fair to the guy they went out for dinner and had a lovely time but it was a one off 
! I need Woots for some back up here

Me too, thats why I started a thread today to see if anyone could offer advice on how to retrieve an item stuck under a Z4 seat. Some very helpful suggestions have since been offered.
