Hi all, sorry to be a pita, I know wheel questions are asked every other day but I'd really appreciate some help in working out weather these will fit.

So I'm after a new set of wheels and have fallen in love with BBS CH-R wheels.

Specs:

Front - 8.5 x 19 Et 32

Rear - 9.5 x 19 Et 35

The big question: will they fit and if so with what tyre sizes?
My e85 is LOWERED on eibach springs (30mm lower than se, 15 mm lower than sport)

Cheers
Tom

Just to add I realise I could spend a hell of a lot less and get CSL reps but I have loved bbs wheels since I was a kid, like the stainless lip and lettering and would rather have a reputable brand fitted.

Simple answer is yes the numbers are all good , you just need to get the rubber sizes right for the fronts & not too chunky or you will rub the arch liner when pressing on or full lock

Thanks mr wilks, that's good news.

Don't suppose you would have a recomendation on profile? I have heard some talk of stretching the tyres slightly to get a bit of clearance.

Tyre brand can have effect too as some makers seem to have a fuller tyre & also depends if you plan fitting brand new ?
225 35 "should" be ok ?
235 probably ok for most of the time but could rub at times
Try "ben g" or "davthewheelnut" as i think both are running E85s with very similar wheel numbers on lowered springs

Yes I'll be fitting new rubber - not made my mind up yet but I have allowed for premium in my budget.
Thanks again I might send them pm's.

Buying tyres twice would be my worst nightmare but at least I know the wheels will fit

Right, so I was about to order the new wheels last night but then I found another option...

I am currently on mv2's. as we know they are 18" x 8 front and 18" x 8.5 rear.

I was originally looking at 19x 8.5 et 32 front 19x 9.5 et35 rear.

I have since found the same wheel in 19x 8.0 et40 front and 19x 8.5 et32 rear, meaning I am keeping oem width but getting a low et number at the back.

In short am I best off using oem mv2 widths on a 19" set up with the above offsets, sticking with my original 8.5 and 9.5 plan or going with a non staggered setup using one of the above wheels on each corner.

Any help massively appreciated

The 8j / 8.5j set would be the ones for me
