Not a view many of you would see through your windscreen...

Looked half decent afterwards though

Please forgive me

Why? My OCD is doing overtime. I would rather be in a dirty car than one that has swirl marks.

Would like to see the paint close up and see if these washes are as bad as I would expect.

Feck it, it's your car. Mine has been done by a hand car wash, though just the once, in Wales. Still looks peachy :D

OMFG, that photo of your car in the car wash has been imprinted in my head  it's the image that nightmares are made of

Oh dear! I will find it difficult sleeping tonight for fear of being lynched.

Allow me some mitigation. It's easy pampering a car, always hand washing it yourself and adding layer after layer of wax when it only comes out in the nice weather. My car is no garage queen, it's my daily driver and it earns its keep. I like it looking clean and this weather is a nightmare and for a quick £3.00 it's restored to a decent level of cleanliness that would impress 99% of the population. The car wash is not damaging it beyond repair, it can, if needed, have the paintwork restored.

It's not the first time it's been through a car wash and won't be the last. Some love to polish, I love to drive whether it's the Coupe or one of my classics. Each to their own .
