one day i was driving top down and got cold so i decided to put my top on, i was at a stop light, pushing donw "close", then it stopped at half way. i thought it was the hydro motor, so today, me and my buddy decide to work on the top using shipkiller's manual, which was great...but..... omg

at full open position, i get no error light, no orange, no red. but when i try to close the top, it gets about 1/3 way then stops, then closes tiny bit more, then stops again, then flashing red lights. i closed it manually, again..., and put latches on manually. at full closed position, the red light still blinks at the top operating button, upper one flashes.
what is the problem, please help me out. it took us like 5 hrs+ pulling the unit out then putting it back in.
