I was parked in the local supermarket this evening when someone decided to reverse into my car, driver side to be precise. I now have a rather ugly dent and a squeaky door. Joy.
I've rang the insurance company and the wheels are in motion, my question is...
Is there anything I need to be aware of regarding repairs, the claim etc? I've never had an accident before so I'm a bit innocent about all this...
Ironically enough when he realised he'd crashed into my car his words we're "I can't believe I crashed into a z4!, they're my favourite car" - at least he's an enthusiast eh?
Any advice please?
