Hi,

In light of the recent 3 Series GT thread, I'd though I'd post up some photos to show how good the new 3 Series can look!

Here's my dad's new car. Stack of options fitted, including:

Sport trim level
Visibility package (bi-xenons with adaptive main beam - amazing!!!)
Professional multimedia and sat nav (really nice 8.8" widescreen with loads of toys including BMW Assist, Google search, Internet, iPod connectivity, advanced Bluetooth etc)
Full heated leather interior
Sports automatic 8 speed transmission (what a joy that is!)
Adaptive M Sport suspension
Sport servotronic steering
Metallic paint
Funky cruise control etc.
Probably loads of other things I've forgotten!

So all the must have options. Here are the pictures...

So come on then, show us the pictures of it looking good. If that's the 'Sport' then I can only imaging how fugly the standard car is.

:poke:

It's not the M Sport, just the Sport. To my dad options and spec (getting that engine, that gearbox and suspension) was more important than bigger bumpers!

I've seen a few on my motorway commutes, and also some of the F10 5-series too.

They look almost identical until you see them side by side, and then you see they are - except there's a slight change of scale between them!

At least they've upped their game regarding the interior since the e9x series.

Very nice
We went for the Msport

I think it suits the kit more - not sure I get the sports interior and somber exterior on the sport.

Not too keen on the rear, but from the front it looks cracking, 'specially with those headlights.

Lush interior too :sweetheart:

Looking at the spec & the interior layout reminded me of my 2004 645Ci  9years ago the technology was "high tech" with adaptive steering, susp & lights /voice recog etc

not sure they are moving on  more reinventing themselves .
Nice car though

I've not seen many F30's on the road yet, but then I don't get out of the forest much! Haha!

The only ones I've seen haven't had the xenons and angel eyes. They look so much better with them!

Lovely piccies  I do prefer M sports though...but the trouble with that is you get a poor ride & expensive tyres, but I think it's worth it though :)

The optional Adaptive M Sport suspension (my day's has this) gives you softer than SE suspension when on soft and firmer than the M Sport when on Sport. :D it's superb. Works with electronically controlled valves inside the shock absorber.

Did you see that Audi now offer SLine with SE suspension to try and get over that issue
No wonder , i love the looks of the 5 series sports & when looking for our 3 tourer really really wanted the sport looking exterior but in all honesty with having the Z i wanted the main car to be more comfortable  think the sport look on SE ride is the way forward , especially the way our roads are becoming :|

Agree with that dan . the 6 series we had on adaptive suspension was supreme , the touring MPG however was not quite as good :P

It's incredible how quick Beemer move things on our old 330d/520d were both M sports with a uncompromising ride, I have electronic damper control on the M3 & it rides really nice in comfort, I am very impressed with what Beemer offer now across the board it's impressive
