Looking at what's on the market and using What Car's valuation service which puts a private sale at £6.6k for a good condition model, which is not taking into account what many would consider to be a high spec (SMG paddles, M Sport seats, 18" elips), I think it's fairly priced. Registration is 2004 too.

There's always room for a little negotiation as well which would put it at a steal.
