Soft top side covers on ebay x 2

Yeah sometimes I look at mine and think there's no need for them but still want them. My mate popped around in his new TT the other day and we was comparing with hood down. I said I can get the covers to make it look flush like his was when down. When he put the roof back up the trim flap part splits in two which was clever and sort of folds away with the top which was cool. That's a hardtop convertible so probably easy to design with the hardtop folding roof maybe
 
have to admit it does look better with them fitted but don't think I'd ever bother as the great thing about the z roof is its speed and fully automatic operation, and fitting covers buggers those right up...

I can see why people would want them for car shows but if the bloody things are worth their weight in gold I'd be paranoid about them being nicked so just not worth it to me
 
You can also put them on in winter and put your hardtop on. stops a couple months of dust getting on the mechanism.
 
That's a new record. My £60 investment could be worth something :D

For the time being though they will just sit in their box.

What if I change my mind in the future lol I'm going to keep them I don't need the money I'd only waste it on something else I don't need!

How can anything be called a waste of money when you can sell it for more than you paid for it :?

Not what I paid for them more what people are paying for them on eBay.
 
anyone interested in selling theirs I will have them and look into 3d printing there must be a local place in Birmingham that can remanufacture aftermarket ones surely once they have a template. Im sure there would be a lot of interest and profit to be made
