Great guys great service great results with lifetime guarantee:)

Tim the owner has has also refitted my 3m pro series wrap upon rear bumper, awaiting renewable of entire front and I'll do a post and answer any questions also

Ps I'll once weather better, take some inside shots to show visibility

I know there is no limit on the rear windows/rear screen, but on the fronts there is a legal limit depending on first use:

  • 1 April 1985 or later: The front windscreen must let at least 75% of light through and the front side windows must let at least 70% of light through.

Before 1 April 1985: The front windscreen and front side windows must both let at least 70% of light through.

Did you find out what the factory tint level is as standard, and what did you go for on your fronts?

Afternoon guys
The sides are SUNTEK CXP70
Of which is 50%
I have no issues with any visibility at all

Rear is SUNTEK CXP35
Of which is 30%
Again of which I have no visibility issues of any format

As I've had my roof redyed, this makes the car look so much more two tone and all done with out being too dark as my worry was visibility as clearly seen in picture 3 of which steering wheel is clearly visible

Call and say seen on forum as on my car :)

Morning Rob,

Well you know the times we meet by the beach
Well I don't like the way the people look in at us;)

Haha
Nope just been on mind for a long time
But as roof jet black, it makes it look kind of meaner and two tone
Love it in the flesh and these guys did such an amazing job of it and the wrap !
Must catch up before weather really turns

looks nice...

never been a fan of tinted windows or wanted to spend money making them darker... glad you happy however!

Morning Dub;

Know what you mean buddy
I just wanted it to look meaner and as rood darkened by new dye it makes it look two tone
Plus that's the darkest I'd go on glass as don't like jet black on sides
But as pics show yup can clearly see through:)

looks good im going to get mine done in the week the back rear window deffinately needs doing. I might as well do sides same shade dont want it too dark though beacuse when the roof's down wont look as nice. My cars black too so dont want to spoil it going too dark

Sounds good buddy
Well they make a difference to look of car
My fronts are the 1 stage darker than the Oem windows as didn't want it dark dark

So that would suit your a especially in black

I wont be paying so much as im in Birmingham every man and his dog does tints here so lots of competition lower prices etc. I was hoping to pay £80. It was only £100 when i had my E46 3 series coupe and convertible done all around. Theres less glass to do on a Z4 so was hoping for under £100 and a 30 min job in and out. Doesnt take them long with 3 lads going at it they must make alot these tinting places.

Fair enough buddy
But I'd rather pay for quality by reputable company I trust
Life time guarantee and not have a bunch of gorillas
Climb around my car haha

Each to own, but quality over quantity for me every single time :)

Ps also depends upon the film used buddy
Again mines SUNTEK not just film
This costs money so cheap job could mean cheap materials and ultimately finish

Yeah of course it will pay to have qaulity. I've seen some jobs where they wont get around the dot matrix properly on rear screen on some cars and it looks a bit crap. Wasnt going to tint mine at first as some buyers will be put off. Changed my mind now your car looks really good, colour is amazing too. Need to get mine in for a good machine polish and protection for winter.

Pics at night of side and rear windows as promised
