Snow

Are you from Dundee? I lived there for the first 33 years of my life before moving down south. I was in the Ardler and St Mary's area near Camperdown Park. I have to say I miss the snow and I find it strange that down here the whole country grinds to a halt at the first hint of snow whereas up North everyone used to dig their car out every morning and just get on with it!
Wow, I used to live a bit further down the road from you (Lochee High Street) I lived in Dundee for 5 years as a student. Brilliant place to live, I had a fabulous time there.

Fatties and Oscars were decent for a night oot :)

I used to go drinking in Lochee High Street. The Last Tram was my favourite haunt. Used to go to Fat Sams too and the Barracuda which later became Tropicana or something.

Nice one, never managed to make it into the Sporting Lounge further down though, was too scared :o

Did you ever go to Pegasus on the Nethergate for a kebab?

I was there when the Nethergate was built. Dundee's version of a Mall! If the sporting lounge was the Snooker club then yes, I went there but not often. Used to go to Broughty Ferry for a night out too, Ship Inn on the seafront was nice. My Mum still lives in "The Ferry"

Can confirm the Eagle F1s are pretty good in the snow, lots up here north of Dundee, took 90min to drive to the BMW garage this morning to drop my car off for it's new wheels and hopefully cure the vibration. Lots of other cars having bumps but only one quick flash of the traction light going up a steep hill. Got an auto 3 series to tool around in now, not as much fun but might have a play later

So when it's not raining in the U.K. it's snowing. :headbang: Splendid!
