Not a chance until 2015 earliest given the levels of water in rivers and reservoirs. Even the SE is in the high 90%'s full

Isn't it surprising that it's not higher than 90%?

Andi.

I'd suggested high 90's, rather than 90%, but not really surprising they are not all 100% as we had well below average rainfall for many months last year and the heavy rain only came December onwards. The reservoirs are not necessarily in exactly the same areas as the headlines floods, etc. so while lowlands may be flooded reservoirs still needed filling.

I have no doubt that by end Feb they will all be at near 100%.

Google reservoir levels - there are some fascinating graphics put up by many of the regions. Here's a couple one my local and other in SE

For a forum that likes numbers, the quote of 179% above a 129 year average for Thames Water is way OTT.

Just glad it's not 10 degrees colder, otherwise we'd be well snowed over

lol, I'll wager given the a week of sunny weather there will be a hosepipe ban somewhere, more rain won't repair the leaks :?
