Just letting the Membership know that we got a few flurries last night.

But I was up early shoveling the drive.

WTF....omg the mound of snow behind ur Zed is crazy", this s**t country grindes to a hault when we get 2 inches!

2 inches... just the mention of it in advance on the radio in Kent grinds everything to a halt

It's the street's Community Igloo !

If you come to visit, you can stay there for free.
And even better..In the middle there is a hole drilled for you to ice fish through !!!
So you stay and eat for free !

Thanks for the tip on spacing the wheels.
Actually I thought for snow tires, with all the slop and salt / sand they have to drive through, that keeping the wheels inside the wheel wells might be a better idea.

Im just east of Toronto in Whitby.
Winter has passed us by for the most part the last two years.
Just two minor snows this year. Although the weather reporters crank up the drama with the 'fear of black ice'.
Geeze my Zed warns me of that when the temp is 3 degrees C.
Yesterday I took it out for a run to the market with maybe 1 1/2 inches of slush on the road.
If you enjoy a squirmy ride then I would recommend it.
Enjoy your 'bigger in PQ Snow Piles" ...
I prefer spending foul weather in the Chalet myself.

I would never deny a Quebecois his claim of more snow than drifts into the town of Whitby.
Sandwiched in between the Nuclear Plant in Ajax and GM in Oshawa ...Well snow doesn't have a chance to land !
So you win.

ps I took the Zed out in the snow. Probably about 2 inches of wet slush. But it was clean as the salters were all parked at Tin Hortons.
Even with fresh Michelin Ice Radials, it was a squirmy ride. Maybe its the rear wheel drive, but I was happy I didn't have to drive very far and most other vehicles were parked.
